Hi. I’m Meredith Beardmore.
ABOUT ME
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY and I am privileged to provide both individual treatment as well as trainings for mental health professionals.
I am honored to assist adults, fellow therapists, and families through the messiness of life. With the right support and skills, you will understand the complexities of your inner world and environment in order to feel more like “you.”
I will skip all the clinical terms and simplify it, I am here to help. I will adjust my approach to meet your specific needs and we will discuss your goals and expectations. Nothing will be hidden. I am all about transparency and I believe that sometimes it can take time to find the right therapist. I usually suggest three sessions and if it feels right, we will continue working together. If it doesn’t click, that is okay. I want you to get the best treatment possible.
