I believe in having a place to talk without the fear of judgment or connection to family or friends. We rarely take time for ourselves to explore how we really feel and taking a pause can allow for awareness and growth. I have experienced the power of the therapeutic relationship and it is a process I am honored to be a part of!

I'm not your typical therapist. I'm real. I'm approachable. I believe in humor and warmth. And I don't think therapy should be some stale, sterile experience.

HOW I WORK

I take a client centered and collaborative approach to therapy and focus on the individual needs of each client. I see psychotherapy as a joint collaboration and strive to empower each client to formulate goals and help you make the positive changes that you would like to see.
